I promise....no more shots from this field. But I just finished editing and wanted to share these. I have so many other ideas now for next year (I'm sure the flowers are gone already for this year). But, I'll definitely remember to bring bug spray next time!
I have been keeping an eye on various fields around my parents' lake home and thinking about how beautiful they would be for pictures. This past weekend I finally got around to getting the girls ready and venturing out into the flowers. Unfortunately, the bugs were a little hard to take. I have lots of editing to do, but wanted to share this for now!

My Mom made this shirt for Kate. She thinks it is the coolest shirt EVER! Isn't it cute? She was pretty proud to show it off at t-ball the other day - and hammed it up to make sure I knew that K8 was, indeed, her!
I want to post more pictures of Lexi and Meg, but thought I'd put this one up for tonight. This is Meg at her finest - and not wanting to take picture-taking very seriously. She was, actually, describing her younger sister and how she sometimes has horns that grow out from her head..............nice, huh?
Meg and Lexi are the best of friends. I LOVE this picture - it makes me smile. They always have an inside joke or story and one of them is always laughing. This picture just captures that relationship!
A few of my favorites from last night. It was so fun to take both of these girls out to take pictures. It's so funny how at their age, they love being the focus of picture-taking. It was fun to go to some different spots in Grand Forks. Now I just need to get my two younger ones to go with me!
