Abby and Meg had their piano recital this evening. Both did a terrific job! It seems so early, but kind of nice to have one of those "year end" activities out of the way. It's amazing how much they have both improved in the past year. Meg also played a song with two other girls and they were so cute! Not really on theme other than the fact that the recital was at our church and there are stained glass windows in the background. Does that count for "faith"?!

Me too. The stained glass shows up so well in the second one. I actually went back to look at the first one again, as I didn't notice it so much the first time, but the second one grabbed me right away.
The 2nd one is especially beautiful! Of course it's on theme! It's having faith in musical skills from humble beginnings! Wish I had more photos of my children playing the piano when they were little!

Ah, sooo glad the kids are playing the piano. I don't play the piano, but the french horn and am so glad I have that skill.
These are such sweet shots! I love seeing the concentration on their faces. My girls both play piano and I just love to listen to them practice, it's amazing how well they play after just seven months of lessons. I wish I knew how to play!
